This form is used to assess the level of quality of the deliverables using Project Management Templates being created for the client. Deliverable Reviews are undertaken at key milestones throughout the project. To achieve the best results, undertake Deliverable Reviews during the ‘creation’ of each set of deliverables, as opposed to at the ‘end’ of the deliverable construction phase. This will enable quality deviations to be identified earlier and therefore increase the likelihood of the project achieving the required level of quality, within the given timeframes. The outcome of each project plan review is documented by the project manager.
