Online Project Management Support

Does your online project management support form have issues in Firefox?  Trying to “Send” my inquiry, but the page stays on the same screen with the Send button

Project Manager has been tested on Internet Explorer (6, 7 and and in FireFox, Chrome and Safari. So you can take your pick, most of those browsers will run on your operating system with your MAC.
Also the latest version of FireFox interacts with Flash Player 10. We are in touch with Adobe to work on a resolution.

Q: Where is a “project group” described?
A: Good question. It’s currently not described in detail in the Project Management Templates Help section but please see attached screenshot for instructions. Then you can then select the projects you want in that group.

Q: What can be done with a project group? What type of reporting?
A: You can run many of the reports, for a project group. You just need to select the “project” field and select your group.

Q: When the trial period is up, is data entered during the trial retained so that it can be converted to a subscription?
A: You will need to sign up before the completion of the trial, otherwise you will lose all your data.
