Project Manager versus MPMM

- Q: How does Project Manager integrate with MPMM?
- A: MPMM is a Project Management Methodology, so it contains a step-by-step process for managing projects. It tells you what has to be done to deliver a project from start to finish, and it includes all of the Project Management templates you need to do it quickly. Whereas ProjectManager.com is the software that supports MPMM. It is the place where you use the knowledge gained from MPMM, to actually initiate, plan, execute and close projects. The two products can be used hand-in-hand.

- Q: How would you compare this product with Project Milestones Professional?  What will the single-user standalone version cost?
- A: ProjectManager.com and Project Milestones Professional are two similar products, with a few major differences. ProjectManager.com and Project Plan has a much more advanced Gantt Chart page, to the extent that it actually rivals Microsoft Project. It also has a lot more functionality that allows you to manage projects, such as a more professional and flexible Project Dashboard, the ability to manage risks / issues / changes and also the ability to store your documents online. And it’s also much more affordable for teams. In essence, Project Milestones was created on a tight budget, so the features are basic and often inflexible. Whereas ProjectManager.com was created by a large team of developers over 2 years, so it is a much more solid and proven product to use.
