Samples in Online Project Management

How can the sample and test projects be removed that are in my starting online project management environment?

You can click on the start button (top left corner) and click “Delete”. There, you can delete your sample projects. Please let me know if you have any further questions. How is your experience going using ProjectManager.com going so far? Is there anything you would like to see improved?

As I’m working more with the product, I will have suggestions. Here’s a quick question for you. Is there a way to produce a report of open issues across multiple projects?

The easiest way is to click on the “Export” button, then you can export all issues for your project. You can do this for each of your projects and then merge the results.

Early next year, we will build an “Issues” report which allows you to do exactly what you have proposed, in the reports section. So it’s a great idea and thanks for letting us know.

One question, if I run the report and have access to 5 of the 10 (as an example) projects that are active for my account, will I see only the 5 projects that I have access to see, meaning that project security will flow through the report, or will I see all 10 projects? I’m hoping that I will not see all 10 projects.

Yes, you will only see the projects to which you have access. For example that the system security will pre-select the project management template which you have access to, and only show those projects in the reports.
